For all of you milk fans out there, I have a fun new recipe for you….blueberry milk!
That’s right. Not strawberry milk. Not chocolate milk. And it’s definitely not made from some processed syrup from the store. This is homemade, natural, healthy, feel-good-serving-to-your-kids blueberry milk! Whoo!
Although of course, it turned out a little more lavender than blue. Hmmm…. :)
All you need to do is whip up the blueberry syrup, and then you can refrigerate it or serve it right away with your favorite kind of milk. Super simple, and totally fresh and delicious. Cheers!

Blueberry Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cups milk
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat blueberries, sugar and water over medium high heat until boiling. Reduce heat to medium-low, and let simmer for 10-15 minutes to reduce until it is thickens slightly. Remove from heat and strain through a fine-mesh strainer if desired. Refrigerate.
- Whisk together 1/4 cup blueberry syrup with 1 cup cold milk to serve.
