Earlier this week, I came home from work exhausted…and randomly craving cookies. I had all of the ingredients for snickerdoodles ready to go, and was trying to drum up the energy to whip up a batch. But as I walked in the door, my friend Christin just so happened to be popping a batch of these amazing cookies in the oven!!!

Foodie serendipity.

When I asked what was in them, the answer was “pretty much everything”. They have some granola (a new ingredient for me in a cookie!), dark chocolate chips, and some delicious and colorful M&Ms. But thanks to Christin’s obsession with peanut butter, this specific batch was made with my favorite peanut butter M&Ms. Double yum.

Needless to say, these were the perfect end to a long day. Thank you, Christin!

    Ali,
Can you tell me what size cookie dough balls and how many cookies does this recipe make?

    1. Ali says:

      Hi Tracy,

My dough balls were about 2 Tbsp. large for this recipe, but it looks like I forgot to write down the yield when this was posted years ago. Sorry, not sure on that.
