1 1/2tablespoonsolive oil
1teaspoonfine sea salt
1/4teaspoonblack pepper
optional garnish: chopped fresh parsleyflaky sea salt, drizzle of honey or balsamic glaze
Instructions
Peel and cut carrots into even sticks or rounds.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway, until tender inside and crisp on the edges.
