Fruit Salad:

chopped fresh pineapple

Ginger Lime Dressing:

tablespoons
fresh lime juice

tablespoons
honey
1 to 2
teaspoons
grated fresh ginger
Instructions
Make the ginger lime dressing.
Whisk together the lime juice, honey and grated ginger until combined.
Toss the salad.
Combine all of the fruit in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle evenly with the dressing and toss gently to combine.
Serve.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
