1(15 oz.) can chickpeasdrained (juice reserved)
4cupsfresh spinachloosely packed
1/2cupartichoke hearts
2Tbsp.tahini
2Tbsp.lemon juice
2Tbsp.olive oil
2clovesgarlicpeeled and smashed
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until smooth. If you desire a thinner consistency, add in a few extra tablespoons of the reserved chickpea juice.
