This dry tandoori seasoning is quick and easy to make, and perfect for seasoning your favorite proteins, veggies, rice and more.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until combined.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 1 year.

    I made this but did not have turmeric. I replaced the turmeric using 50% curry and 50% ginger. The seasoning is delicious.

    Ali, Hi! I’ve been following you for some time now (since way before your marriage!). Love many of your dishes. This tandoori seasoning is to die for. I’ve used it as a dry rub on both chicken breasts and pork tenderloin, yet the best use is as a seasoning included in fried rice. Quite delicious!! I’ve just made up a new batch and will be sharing it with my sister-in-law. :) Thank you for your continued posts. You never disappoint!!
